Agri-Services Agency provides dental insurance coverage through The Guardian, a program with more than 100,000 group plans in force covering more than 4.5 million people.

The plan, limited to ASA health insurance customers, covers 100 percent of preventative services, 90 percent of basic services, and 60 percent of major services for in-network dentists. A $50 deductible is applied to basic and major services each year. The annual maximum benefit is $1,000.
